Cztery Pory Roku is a charity 5 km running and Nordic Walking series in Oława, Poland. The Polish name translates to Four Seasons, indicating a series of stages rather than a single event. The primary start takes place in the park near the PKP railway station. The event aims to raise funds for individuals facing illness and to promote physical activity.
The main distance suits new runners and walkers, while still offering experienced runners a competitive challenge. Participants aged 16 and over can enter the main event, which may also feature a 400 m children’s run. Nordic walkers participate in the same series, with their overall standings determined after the fourth stage. Motivations for participation vary: some compete for rankings and prizes, others seek a medal, and some attend for a social run supporting a local cause like Michał Proć.
