The primary option is an 11.5 km circuit around Lake Czos in Mrągowo, a town in Masuria, northern Poland. Bieg Charytatywny Dookoła Jeziora Czos is a charity race day organized by Fundacja Serce Mazur, with running, walking, and cheering included. It is designed for families and runners alike, featuring adult and children’s routes, free entry, and an emphasis that pace and results are secondary. The event takes place around Skwer Jana Pawła II, the Mrągowo pier, and the promenade along Lake Czos. In addition to the 11.5 km main race, a 5 km option is available for running, walking, or jogging. Voluntary donations contribute to the treatment and rehabilitation of Ines Chlubicka and Paulinka Kucińska. The day also features a free prevention-and-education module titled “I Help and Run - Run for Health.”
