The Władysław Count Zamoyski Run is a 10 km mountain race from Palenica Białczańska to Morskie Oko in the Polish Tatras. Runners and walkers must adhere to Tatra National Park regulations alongside race rules. The event, organized by Towarzystwo Gimnastyczne “Sokół” Gniazdo in Zakopane, honors Władysław Zamoyski and promotes running in the Tatra region.
The route ascends from Palenica Białczańska via Wodogrzmoty Mickiewicza to the lake at Morskie Oko, reaching an elevation of 1410 m. The field is limited to 350 participants: 300 runners, 50 Nordic walkers, and 10 spots reserved by the organizer. Runners have 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the course, and Nordic walkers have 2 hours. All finishers receive a medal. Prizes are awarded to the top six overall finishers, and age-group awards are given to women and men in the 16-34, 35-49, and 50+ categories, provided prizes are secured.
