Festiwal Biegowy w Plotach Rega Run 2025 2026

Rega Run Festival is a family running day held at Rega Arena in Płoty. It features children’s races in the morning and adult events in the early afternoon. The first event is Bieg Regusia for children and youth, starting inside the Rega Arena hall, with distances tailored to age groups. The main running event is a 10-kilometer race, followed one minute later by a 5-kilometer Nordic Walking march. The festival is structured so preschoolers, older children, experienced runners, walkers, and families can participate on the same Sunday in Płoty. Young participants receive additional attractions beyond the races. Finishers in the adult events are awarded medals, technical T-shirts, and a recovery meal.
