I Cross z Czaplą 2026

I Cross z Czaplą is a cross-country race held in Manowo, starting and finishing at the GKS Manowo stadium. Adult participants can select a 5 km or 10 km distance. A 5 km Nordic walking route is also available, catering to those not focused on race times. The course follows forest roads near Manowo. It is predominantly flat but described by runners as technical due to sand, mud, and branches on the path. Separate, shorter races are organized for children and youth, covering distances of 1.2 km, 800 m, 400 m, and 200 m. Adults, juniors, walkers, and families participate on the same day. The inaugural Cross with the Heron attracted over 150 participants. The Manowo Commune Office and the Orzeł Świeszyno Sports and Cultural Association co-organize the event.
