レースについて
The Biegowe Grand Prix Kociewia is a regional running series in northern Poland. It is organized around separate races held in Kociewie towns and nearby locations, rather than a single course. The Kwidzyn event, Kwidzyńska ZaDyszka, is a 10 km street race in Kwidzyn, typically held in early summer. The series itself runs from late spring through autumn, concluding with a runners' gala in Zblewo.
The series includes short road races, 10 km events, and some varied distances. Host locations feature Zblewo, Tczew, Starogard/Owidz, Warlubie, Skarszewy/Wolny Dwór, Bytonia, and Kwidzyn. Kwidzyńska ZaDyszka is managed by Klub Kociewiak and offers open women's and men's categories, age groups from 16 to 99, and a participant limit of 150 runners. Some races also serve as local or group championships, with certain events named in honor of regional history, athletes, or public holidays.
