Pasłęcka Mila Pokoju

Pasłęcka Mila Pokoju is a street race in Pasłęk, Warmian-Masurian region, Poland, held near World Running Day. The main event is one mile (1609 meters), with shorter races for children and youth at 100, 400, 600, and 1000 meters. It takes place on asphalt streets, designed for local families and regular runners alike. Registration is online, with a participant cap, and minors require parental consent at the race office. The course follows 3 Maja Street, starting and finishing near the main entrance of Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3. Local organizers include UKS Gimpas Pasłęk, Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3, Zespół Szkół, and the municipal sports and recreation center. All finishers get a medal, winners receive prizes, and some attendees get gifts via a lucky draw. The event might feature an obstacle course and face painting; one past edition had Tomasz Czubak, Poland's 400m record holder and world champion, as a special guest.
