Rowerowy Bieg Piastow Gravel 2026

Rowerowy Bieg Piastów Gravel is a cycling race weekend in the Izerskie Mountains, starting and finishing in Szklarska Poręba-Jakuszyce. The event runs in late September and is based at the Dolnośląskie Centrum Sportu Polana Jakuszycka. Riders can choose from children’s races of 300 meters to main distances of 20 km, 43 km, and 62 km, with the 62 km option used for both the GIGA and GRAVEL races. The routes use mostly natural surfaces, with some long asphalt stretches, making this mountain riding rather than a flat road spin. The course goes through the Polish side of the Izerskie Mountains, including Izerska Łąka, Jagnięcy Jar, Rozdroże pod Działem Izerskim, and roads and tracks around Świeradów-Zdrój. Expect real climbs and descents. The organizer is Stowarzyszenie Bieg Piastów, the same association behind the better-known winter Bieg Piastów, and the GIGA and GRAVEL races are still a newer part of the cycling program.
