Tour de Silesia is a Polish ultramarathon cycling series based in Godów, Silesia, with routes on the roads of Silesia and nearby regions. Cycling challenges have been held since 2017, and the organizers alter the route annually. The series is designed for long-distance riders, not for bunch-racing tactics; the event calls itself a marathon that is not a race. Riders may select road, night-road, and gravel formats, with distances from 75 km and 100 km up to classic options of 500 km and 1000 km.
The road night edition provides 100 km, 200 km, and 300 km rides, while the classic road edition extends into endurance territory with 100 km, 200 km, 300 km, 500 km, and 1000 km choices. The gravel edition is shorter, with 75 km and 150 km routes, but maintains the Silesian setting and yearly route changes. The event suits riders seeking a demanding day or weekend on the bike without the approach of a standard road race. The finish includes a local tradition: riders receive a traditional Silesian meal of dumplings, roulade, and red cabbage.
