The Tower Triathlon Double & Triple Iron Man Challenge is a three-day ultra triathlon held in Bolesławiec nad Prosną, within Poland’s Łódzkie region. The event is centered on the local lagoon and the Baszta Bolesławiec stadium, offering Double and Triple Iron Man races for solo athletes alongside relay options, positioning it beyond a standard long-distance triathlon. The Double distance includes 7.6 km swimming, 360 km cycling, and 84.4 km running. The Triple distance increases these to 11.4 km swimming, 540 km cycling, and 126.6 km running.
The swim begins in shallow water near the lagoon beach, with athletes exiting the water after each lap in an Australian-exit format before re-entering. Electronic timing is managed by Foxter Sport, and each participant uses two timing chips on their legs. Strict rules require competitors to provide proof of a recent full Ironman finish, sign health and liability documents, and refrain from receiving support during the first transition. Relays involve chip handovers at T2 for the run leg. Fundacja Dashrade and Sebastian Gwiazdowski are the race organizers.
