XRUN Challenge

The Xrun Challenge is a trail running event in Rzeszow, Poland, offering 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km distances. It is part of the National Sports Day program, with the competition beginning in the morning via staggered starts. Entry is limited and processed in order, meaning it is not an unlimited mass start race. The course winds through the forest on the Slocina estate in Rzeszow, providing a more off-road experience than a city road race. Organizers characterize the route as demanding, ensuring the shorter distance is a genuine trail run, not a flat fun run. Separate categories exist for women and men, with five age groups for all distances. This event also signifies the return of mountain-style cross-country running to Rzeszow after an extended hiatus, with Sportowy Rzeszow and Klub Wytwornia Sportu organizing the invitation for runners.
