The start and race headquarters are located at the Science and Entertainment Park on ul. 1 Maja. The main route is not officially certified; runners navigate using white-and-red tape and arrows, with a single checkpoint along the course. Stowarzyszenie ULTRA is the organizing body, and the event provides electronic timing, a starter pack, finisher medals, and a meal at the finish.

Leśna Draka is a 10 km race in Tarnów Opolski, a village in southern Poland near Opole. The start and finish are at Józef Zwierzyna Stadium. Held in November, it is intended for general running enthusiasts, not exclusively fast club athletes. This ninth edition competes for the Cup of the Mayor of Gmina Tarnów Opolski, highlighting the local community aspect. The course leads participants through the Tarnów forests, integral to the event's identity and origin. The race developed from local running interest and the surrounding woodland, with early support from Gmina Tarnów Opolski and the Opole Forest District. The Tarnów Running Group “Leśna Draka” assists with the event. After finishing, the Rural Housewives’ Club provides kołocz and a hot meal.

Bieg Malinowy Mikołaj is a short race held in early December in Opole, taking place at Lake Malina near the Malina bathing area on Olimpijska Street. The distance is 4.74 km, making it more of a quick local run than a long trail event. The route follows paths around the lake instead of a typical city-centre loop. The course consists of two laps around Lake Malina, with natural terrain favoring runners who prefer park and lakeside paths over pavement. The participant limit is 250 people, and runners must be at least 16 years old. The Santa Claus theme provides the event with its Christmas atmosphere.
