After the finish, runners can explore Mill Island, the Soap and Dirt History Museum, or enjoy a local recovery snack: szneki z glancem, sweet glazed pastries from Bydgoszcz.

The Leonard Pietraszak Bydgoszcz Canal Birthday Run is a 5 km race held in Bydgoszcz, organized by the Sebastian Malinowski Bydgoszcz Canal Museum.
