Acropolis - The Iron Challenge 2026

Acropolis - The Iron Challenge is an obstacle race in Briteiros São Salvador, a parish of Guimarães in northern Portugal. It is scheduled for early July and is designed as an outdoor challenge, not a road race, with elite, open, and shorter open5K entry options. The course utilizes the surrounding natural terrain, incorporating natural obstacles and artificial structures. Associação Social e Desportiva do Febras organizes the event. The field is divided into male and female age groups from 16-19 through 50+, with distinct elite categories.
