Corrida das Areias

The Corrida das Areias begins and ends at Infantry Regiment No. 10 in São Jacinto, Aveiro. This 12 km race for adults combines road and sand, deviating from a typical city circuit. Most of the route is within the RI10 grounds, with a notable stretch crossing Praia de São Jacinto along the beach. Infantry Regiment No. 10 organizes the event, receiving technical assistance from Ria Ativa. A solidarity walk accompanies the main race.
