Gränsö Trailrun 2026

Gränsö Trailrun begins at Gränsö Castle, near Västervik, directing participants onto roads and technical trails within the Gränsö area. Västerviks OK organizes the event, offering a 15k and a children's race, suitable for local trail runners and families alike. The course proceeds south from the castle, running counterclockwise. It features rocky segments by the water and numerous stones on the path. Participants will encounter sea-facing rock slabs, oak pastures noted by the organizers as some of Sweden's best, and the castle grounds. The location also allows for combining the run with a spa visit at Gränsö Castle.
