Night Trail Run (Sollentuna) — Hundtrail / 5 km & 10 km

A headlamp is required for the Night Trail Run, as the race takes place on forest trails after dark. It is held in Sollentuna, Stockholm County, Sweden, with main autumn events in October and a summer trail edition in June. Runners can select from distances including 5 km, 10 km, and 30 km. The concept is to incorporate darkness into the run rather than disregard it. The course utilizes Järvafältet in Sollentuna, starting and finishing at Väsby Gård, which is under 2 km from the nearest commuter train station. Most routes are marked with reflectors, but the 30 km route is an exception, emphasizing the importance of navigation and night awareness. Participants can run individually or with friends. Hundtrail offers dog owners their own 5 km or 10 km class. The organizers are associated with Attunda Orienteringsklubb, with proceeds supporting the club's youth sports.
