Rådalunken 2026

Rådalunken starts and finishes at Rådåsgården in Lidköping, with all distances utilizing the exercise trails in Rådaskogen. This is an annual autumn running event organized by Lidköpings VSK, offering 2 km, 5.8 km, 11.4 km, and 16.7 km options. The course layout accommodates both short-distance runners and those seeking a longer trail race within the local forest tracks. The race has been a fixture in Lidköping’s running calendar since the 1960s. Participants in the West Swedish Running Cup select distances based on age class, with the longest route for younger masters categories and shorter routes for older classes. A Paprika Race for very young children takes place earlier in the autumn, extending the event's reach beyond adult club runners. C-time manages the timing, RaceID handles registration, and Umara sports drink is provided during the races.
