Ryavallen Ultrafestival is an ultrarunning weekend held at Ryavallen in Borås, Sweden, organized by Team Ultrasweden. The race distances are designed for runners seeking extended time on their feet: 24 hours, 12 hours, 6 hours, 100 kilometers, a marathon with no fixed cutoff within the 24-hour period, and a Backyard ultra limited to 24 hours.
The course is a 400-meter track, emphasizing repeated laps, consistent pacing, and readily available support. Lap direction switches every six hours. Toilets are located near the course, and the arena offers a roof for shelter, along with changing rooms, showers, and rest areas. Aid stations provide sports drink, water, cola, coffee, snacks throughout the day and night, and meals at scheduled times. All participants receive a medal. This festival takes the place of Skövde Ultrafestival because Skövde currently lacks a suitable athletics track, following the removal of the old running tracks at Södermalms IP and the absence of a new athletics arena.
