Tidaholm Marathon is a road race in Tidaholm, Sweden, offering both marathon and half marathon distances. The event is organized by Motionsloppet, with official information and results available at motionsloppet.se. It is a local race, not a large metropolitan event; its first running had approximately 150 participants, and a subsequent edition saw close to 200 runners despite Storm Amy affecting the region.
The course consists of a seven-kilometer loop through Tidaholm. Half marathon participants run the loop three times, marathon runners complete it six times, and the loop can also be shared by relay teams. The race has some local history: Henrik Bolund won the inaugural half marathon by a narrow seven-second margin after making a decisive move late in the race, and Pia Jarl placed fourth in the women's marathon at the first event.
