Beh Ludrovskou dolinou

Beh Ludrovskou dolinou is a road-and-trail running event held at the OŠK Ludrová football stadium in Ludrová, located in the Ludrovská dolina valley near Ružomberok. The adult races are 10 km and 5 km, with main categories starting in the morning and children’s races held earlier. This is a local community race, organized by Ružomberskie Strely, the Municipality of Ludrová, and OŠK Ludrová. The course consists of forest roads and asphalt for adult participants, while children’s categories compete on grass. Adults are divided into age groups for men and women, with separate youth and children’s categories. Entry is free for children and youth. The event is in its early stages, with the third edition planned. The day has a village-sport atmosphere: registration and presentation take place at the football stadium, organizers manage timing, and the entry fee includes a drink (beer or kofola) and a meal (goulash or sausages).
