Východniarska 50 is a mountain ultramarathon and long-distance march in eastern Slovakia, with the Kojšov race listed in the Gelnica district of the Košice region. It sits on the second weekend in August and appears in two related forms: a 50K-style Kojšov course of about 58-59 km with 2,800 meters of climb, and the newer Východniarska route of 85 km with 4,200 meters of ascent from Kluknava to Kysak.
The race follows paths through the eastern Slovenské rudohorie, mainly the Volovské vrchy, so the day is built around long climbs, forest tracks, and mountain terrain rather than road running. Casovia Trail Runners organize it, continuing the older Východniarska stovka tradition; the course has ITRA 4-point certification, UTMB Index status, and a place in the Slovak Ultratrail League, while past results show a mostly Slovak field with finishers spread from just over six hours to much longer mountain-ultra days.
