ロンドンの人は公園とか運河、川沿いを繋げて走ってるよ。Hyde Parkはランナーにとって夢みたいな公園だし、Kensington Gardensはイージーペースの距離をきっちり走るのにいい感じ。Regent's CanalはAngelからVictoria Park、Limehouse、Wapping、Tower Bridge方面まで、しっかりしたbase milesが稼げるね。Victoria Parkには4 kmの外周舗装コースがあるから、インターバルとかやる時に便利だよ。ランニングクラブもどこにでもあるよね、London City RunnersとかEast End Road Runners、Serpentine Running & Triathlon Club、Track Mafia、On Run Clubとかさ。Thames PathはGreenwichからThe Mallまで2 milesあるよ。The Big Half、Royal Parks Half、London Winter Run 10Kがあるから、年間を通して目標が立てやすい。
