2026 Akron Aruna Run

The Akron Aruna Run is a 5K run/walk held at Copley High School on Ridgewood Road in Copley, near Akron. Packet pickup and same-day registration begin earlier at the school. Walkers are welcome with runners. Proceeds from registration directly support Aruna's mission to free, employ, and empower women impacted by human trafficking. The entry fee functions as a donation, integral to the fundraising model. The event emphasizes straightforward logistics: school parking, on-site packet pickup, and a short road course suitable for families, beginners, teams, and experienced runners. Awards recognize the top adult male and female finishers, the top boy and girl under 12, and the top fundraiser, with prizes sourced from the Aruna Shop.
