2026 Fueled by Fire 5K & Challenge

The Fueled by Fire 5K & Challenge begins and ends at Tarpon Point Marina and The Westin Cape Coral Resort on Silver King Boulevard in Cape Coral, Florida. This is an annual 5K run/walk organized by the Cape Coral Fire Department Community Foundation. The event starts at 7:00 AM, and a virtual 5K option is available for those unable to attend in person. The course for the in-person event guides participants through sections of Cape Coral. Timing and scoring are managed by Lin-Mark Sports, a local timing service. The race supports the fire department foundation’s community initiatives, with proceeds funding CPR courses and resources, fire and life safety education, and a local firefighter memorial.
