2026 iBE-FiT 5K Invitational

Oscar Kemjika presents the 5th Annual iBE-FiT 5K Invitational, supporting Goodnews to Scholars and The RCCG Tabernacle of Restoration. The Van Cortlandt Park course features two loops: the flats around the Parade Grounds, then "Freshman Hill" leading to challenging climbs in the back hills, followed by downhills. All finishers earn a medal and refreshments.
