2026 Unified 5K - Twin Cities

The 2nd annual inclusive road race and adaptive sports expo allows everyone to participate, whether they run, walk, or roll. Athletes with and without disabilities show up together, proving that fitness and sport are more meaningful when everyone has a place. The 2026 Unified 5K also features an AdaptXpo, showcasing organizations focused on health, inclusion, and adaptive sports, helping make physical activity accessible for every body.
