37th ANNUAL KENNETH DOLAN 5K RUN

The 37th Annual Kenneth Dolan 5K Run honors Kenny Dolan, who, in his brief 23 years, "brought a tremendous amount of joy" and "taught them how to laugh, love and have fun." The race benefits the Kenny Dolan Memorial Fund at Iona University, assisting a student in need of financial support. The course starts and finishes at Bartel Pritchard Square in Prospect Park. Pee Wee races follow, with all young competitors receiving a medal. An after party follows with family activities, food, drinks, and music. Awards include cash prizes for top finishers and team awards for the "Lowest combined three person times."
