55th Annual Webster Turkey Trot 2026

The Webster Turkey Trot begins at Parkview Lodge, located at 255 Holt Road in Webster Park, Webster, New York, on Thanksgiving Day. Participants can select a 4.4-mile race or a 2.5-mile fun run, with virtual options available for both distances. The race originated in 1972 as a Thanksgiving workout for Jim May's cross country team. May, a former English teacher, founded the event. Dave Boutillier, a former runner of May's and a multiple-time winner of the Trot, subsequently assumed race directing duties through YellowJacket Racing. The event maintains a strict course policy: all participants must have a bib, and strollers, dogs, and headphones are prohibited.
