Angels vs Devils 5k

The Angels vs Devils 5k is an annual Halloween-themed 5K held in Fredericksburg, Virginia. It is run off-road on a real cross-country course, featuring hay bales, water sprays, mud pits, wooded sections, and a hill finish at the outdoor amphitheater in Spring Acres Arts Park. This race is moderate, not a flat road 5K. The course allows young or new runners to skip obstacles if necessary, making it suitable for novices as well as former high school and college runners seeking an old-school cross-country feel. Families and friends are welcome, and the event benefits the local High School XC Team via entries and donations.
