The Bend Beast combines a ~10K trail run with functional fitness challenges in an iconic Southwest landscape. Scenic desert trails and strength/endurance stations test grit, stamina, and mental toughness. Teams of two run the course together, splitting work at stations like sandbag lunges, farmer carries, sled pushes, and ergs.
