Dash of the Titans 5K Run/Walk 2026

The Dash of the Titans 5K Run/Walk concludes on the 50-yard line inside Nissan Stadium, offering participants a finish connected to the Tennessee Titans. The event, presented by SeatGeek, begins at 7 AM CT at the stadium and is open to all ages, with parents encouraged to participate with younger runners. This 5K is designed for both runners and walkers, not exclusively for elite competitors; a recent edition saw over 2,500 participants. The race supports the Tennessee Titans Foundation’s ONE Community initiative, which funds efforts in Opportunity, Neighborhoods, and Education. The course follows roads around Nissan Stadium and through downtown Nashville before returning participants to the stadium for the field finish. Registration provides a commemorative shirt and a ticket to a future Titans game, with seats in the 300 Level. Titans Cheerleaders, the Blue Crew, and T-Rac are present at the event, and post-race activities include refreshments and awards.
