DQ Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, Aquathlon, & *NEW* Super Sprint Triathlon at Vincentown *#

The course is flat and fast on roads through scenic farmland, with a swim in a fresh water lake. Options include a Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, Aquathlon, and a Super Sprint Triathlon. Packet pickup requires proof of ID, and athletes must pick up their own packets. T-shirts and Finisher's Medals are provided. Races begin at 8:00 am, with waves organized based on the number of entrants.
