Dylan Lewis Memorial Foundation Pineapple Run 2026

The Dylan Lewis Memorial Foundation Pineapple Run is a 5K run/walk in downtown Ida, Michigan, starting from Ida Fireman’s Park on Lewis Avenue. The in-person race begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern, an earlier start chosen to help runners avoid the summer heat, and a virtual 5K option is available for those unable to attend in person. The course is fast and flat, with chip timing provided by A2 Race Management. The race is named the Dylan Lewis Pineapple 5K because Dyl loved the TV show Psych, where hidden pineapples are a running joke. Overall male and female winners receive prizes, and awards are also given three deep in each age group.
