Epic Races' Island Lake Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike

Island Lake State Recreation Area offers an "up north" experience. Navigate a course through open brush land, mature hardwood forest, and open meadows, with a paved road of rolling hills. Swim the clear waters of Kent Lake, bike the park’s rolling, tree-lined hills, then run the panoramic final leg towards the lakeside finish line. This multisport event, Epic Races' Island Lake Triathlon, has a Zero Waste Policy, making it a Leave No Trace event.
