Faith in Motion 5k Run/Walk & 1 Mile Fun Run 2026

Faith in Motion begins and ends at the New Albany Amphitheater in New Albany, Indiana. Participants will use the Ohio River Greenway Trail. The event features a timed 5K run/walk and a 1-mile fun run/walk suitable for children and seniors, accommodating both those seeking a specific finish time and families preferring a shorter activity. The 5K route has aid stations near the first mile and at the halfway turnaround. The New Albany Seventh Day Adventist Church organizes the event, providing light snacks and casual conversation at the finish. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top finishers in age categories from 12 and under to 70 and over. Registration covers an event T-shirt, available in adult sizes S through XXL.
