Gate2Gate Trail Run

The Gate2Gate Trail Run begins with a shotgun blast in San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park, near Alachua, Florida. This trail race offers 25K and 50K distances, utilizing a looped course through northern single-track, southern park trails, open fields, rolling hills, and double-track hiking and birding paths. The 25K is one loop; the 50K is two loops of the same circuit, with an eight-hour time limit. The course proceeds from the preserve’s mountain bike trails into the southern trail network, following the yellow trail loop on the park’s west side, passing the CSO area, and returning to the northern biking trails. Aid stations are positioned on each loop, offering water, Powerade, PB&J, and sweet and salty snacks. Runners must carry their own bottle, vest, or cup. The race supports Friends of San Felasco, providing all finishers with a custom medal and glass, and custom trucker hats for 50K finishers. A TailGate2Gate area is available post-run.
