The Great Adirondack Trail Run, an annual challenge that "Raises its Ugly Head Again," is deeply rooted in the rugged terrain of the Adirondacks. This event offers a mountain experience, beginning its demanding journey up Hopkins Mountain and concluding in the scenic Keene Valley.
