Heart and Soul 5k

The Heart and Soul 5k benefits Ainsley's Angels Michigan and Livingston County Special Olympics. Run a flat, paved course around Howell High School, finishing on the track. Ainsley's Angels pairs runners with an Athlete-rider to pull across the finish line. Chip timing, post-race snacks, swag, and raffle prizes are included. Strollers welcome.
