Heart & Sole 5K & 1 Mile 2026

The Heart & Sole 5K & 1 Mile takes place in February at Oak Point Park in Plano, Texas, coinciding with National Heart Health Month. The 1 Mile Fun Run begins before the 5K. Race-day registration and packet pickup are available early in the morning. ASC is the organizer, and proceeds benefit the Shared Housing Center. The event welcomes walkers, kids, dogs, and families. Following the races, attendees can enjoy breakfast, music, an awards ceremony, and a post-race gathering. A dedicated kids’ area features a bounce house, face painters, and a balloon artist. Now in its 16th year, the event has become a local Plano tradition.
