Hero Run

The Hero Run begins and ends at Riverfront Park in Niles, Michigan, offering a 5K, a 10K, and a 1-Mile Walk. Organized by triMichiana, it functions as a local fundraiser, not a race for elite athletes. Proceeds benefit women, men, and families throughout Michiana. The course guides participants through downtown Niles, past historic areas, and along the Riverwalk Trail. Superhero costumes are encouraged; participants in costume are eligible for the costume contest, with capes, masks, and inventive attire welcomed.
