The event offers open and adaptive divisions: a 2-mile fun run/walk, a 2-mile fun run/walk/roll for adaptive athletes, 4.5-mile and 9-mile runs, corresponding wheelchair races at both distances, and various fitness challenges.
The primary obstacle event is the Kaaginator, an adaptive course featuring a rock wall climb, carries, crawls, balance tests, and other strength-based obstacles. Participants can compete against the clock or proceed at their own pace, accommodating wheelchair racers, runners, adaptive athletes, volunteers, and newcomers to obstacle challenges.
