Kalamazoo Klassic 2026

The Kalamazoo Klassic begins and ends at the summit of Maple Street Hill in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This community walk/run takes place on a Saturday in June, offering a 10K, a 5K run, and 5K walk options, either timed or untimed. Participants can also opt for the Klassic Kombo, completing the 10K followed by the 5K. The race is a collaboration between MRC Industries and Kalamazoo Area Runners. A minimum of 85% of the net proceeds benefits MRC Industries, a local nonprofit assisting individuals with disabilities via employment, workforce development, education, and community engagement. The remaining funds support Kalamazoo Area Runners' efforts to promote running locally. With nearly fifty editions held, the event is established as a long-running local tradition rather than a singular fundraising effort.
