Liberty to Freedom Swim 2026

Hudson River channel crossing, expect choppy conditions. Participants must provide proof of recent, comparable open water swim experience. The PRIDE Swim Manhattan is an acceptable qualifier. Maintain a pace of 25 minutes per mile or faster. Course runs from South Cove, Manhattan to Liberty Island.
