Logan Regional Medical Center Deer Dash 5K/10K 2026

The Logan Regional Medical Center Deer Dash offers a free 5K and 10K race at Chief Logan State Park in Logan, West Virginia. Both races begin at 9:00 a.m. from the parking lot near the Museum in the Park. Race-morning registration opens at 8:00 a.m. The 5K is a run/walk on flat paved park roads, suitable for walkers, newer runners, and those seeking a straightforward option. The 10K follows a trail route, incorporating Buffalo Trail, Lakeshore Trail, Black Bear Trail, and Wildcat Trail before concluding near the historic Museum in the Park.
