Serious runners with a solid base can take their Half or Full marathon endurance training to the Next Step. This program requires at least 20-25 miles per week and a 10-mile long run for full marathon targets, or 10-15 miles per week for half marathoners. Maintain a constant pace of 13 minutes per mile or faster; walk/run or Galloway styles are not included. Not for new runners or those under 18. A 5-mile time trial on the first day will assess fitness and ensure optimal grouping. This Summer and Fall, Next Step Training will help you reach the Next Level.
