One Shot 5K 2026

Miles that Matter, a run/walk supporting our country's heroes and their families. Your participation provides financial support for veterans and families to access One Shot Wellness, a fitness community focused on healing, strength, and mental wellness. The route uses the Mountain Bay Trail, starting and ending at One Shot Wellness. Runners, walkers, strollers, and pets are welcome. Be part of providing wellness, strength, and healing for those who have served and their families.
