Phoenix Turkey Trot 2026

The Phoenix Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving morning running event held in Phoenix, Arizona, starting at Wesley Bolin Plaza. Participants can select a 5K, 10K, or 1-mile run, with a tot trot available for very young children. The 5K and 10K courses traverse downtown Phoenix, designed to be point-to-point without out-and-back segments, ensuring continuous forward progress. The 1-mile gobble dash offers a more accessible option for families and less experienced runners. This race was formerly known as the Life Time Turkey Day.
