Rise 'n Run 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Walk 2026

Rise 'n Run is a 5K run/walk and 1 mile walk in the Middlebury area, held as part of Middlebury Fall Fest. It is a community fundraiser for the Middlebury Food Pantry, with family pricing that makes it easy for parents, kids, walkers, and casual runners to join the same morning. The route winds through Middlebury farmland and open space, with minimal traffic and enough out-and-back feel for friends to spot each other along the way.
