Run A Muck Cross Country 5K and 10K

Challenge yourself on a real farm-style cross country course, maybe even crushing it and getting dirty, or just take in the natural beauty. It's a chance to reconnect with nature and loved ones. Kids 10 and under can enjoy the SPLASH & DASH 1K Kids Race, and there's a SACK RACE for kids and adults. The Run A Muck is dog friendly, with a special Dog Division. After the race, everyone gets a white spruce seedling to take home. Potluck lunch with farm fresh produce and goodies.
